this is pretty cool just follow these steps and enjoy! ;D
(only works for windows)

1. first press the start button (bottem left corner of the screen)
and go to control panel.

2. then click on "sounds, speech and audio devises"

3. then click on speech.

4.you have now opened microsoft sam! now you can make him say whatever you want! ;D
