A new feature, it wasn't requested but i thought i would write it since its a way to improve my forum.
Really, this is self explanatory what it does
EDIT: to add a buddy, at the bottom of a users mini profile there is a add buddy button, click it (for help findind it, there is an arrow below pointing to it, lol)
