Ok heres a guide on posting tracks.
First go to www.addictinggames.com/freerider2.html and create a track. click on the floppy disk icon on free rider 2, than copy the code it gives you.
Then go to the forum home page. under free rider chat, click on post your tracks. click on new thread. This is a basic template of what should be included in your post:
<subject>The name of your track
<message> your track name, hints, your best time and of course your track code
Please, Please don't spam this forum with tracks that a dead person can beat, aka useless, becuase if i catch you multiple times I will ban you for a week, and if i catch you doing it again, say goobye to this forum cuase your never coming back.
