OK, this tutorial is designed for those of you with absolutly no free rider experiance, and those of you that have trouble riding tracks and need practice.

Lesson 1: moving
-learn how to move in a secure enviroment-
after loading the track, use the up arrow key to get the star.

Lesson 2: going backwards
-learn how to ride backwards in a secure enviroment-
after loading this track, press z to turn around andthe up arrow to move

Lesson 3: basic terrain
-learn to scale basic terrain in a secure enviroment-
This is where leaning comes into play, use the left and right arrow keys to lean, when scaling an upward slope, lean into it for maximum grip. when falling off a cliff or something else, try to keep yourself level with the ground you wish to land on.

-learn how to control your speed in a secure enviroment-
try not to go to fast or slow off the jump, get just the right amount of speed

Final Lesson: HEAVY TERRAIN
-scale difficult terrain in a slightly secure enviroment-
this is where the things you learned in lesson 3 really come into play.
